Train The Brain Fit Club is an Elite Personal Training and Fitness company owned and operated by health & fitness professionals. We offer Personalized Custom Training tailor fitted specifically for you, (Including Personal Training, Group Classes, Athletic Performance & Sport Specific Training, Corrective Exercise, Mindset Coaching, PNF Stretch Therapy & Massage Therapy), we do not believe in a one size fits all approach. The secret to our successful approach of fitness and health is teaching each individual the mindset it takes to reach their goals. So no matter your age, background, or current level of fitness, your results can and will be achieved.

Train The Brain Fit Club is a international company based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Comprised of hand selected, highly skilled Fitness Professionals, Practioners, and Life Coaches. Our Health and Fitness professionals work with a wide-range of clientele and draw upon their competitive experience and areas of expertise in Medicine, Health, Fitness and Wellness to create exciting, challenging, and well-balanced training programs. Each professional shares one common goal, to provide world-class service for the health and fitness of each and every one of our members. We have built our business by consistently delivering results, and by developing and maintaining a friendly club atmosphere, while adhering to solid business practices. We continue to put our Minds, hearts and souls into our business, Mindset is truly the Brains behind our success.

Our current Training Locations are: 2001 Omega Rd Suite 201 San Ramon,Ca (Located in the San Francisco Bay Area) also available Online for virtual training sessions and customized regimens via our Fitness. We focus on catering to both members and coaches and our goal is to provide a positive environment that fits your training needs.
Hours: Our facilities are always open. Each professional has access to open and close the gym based on their clients needs. Now you don’t have to feel restricted booking your training sessions, simply find a personalized time that fits your Lifestyle.
Wellness: Whether it's preventative care, a nagging pain, or an injury, we are here to help. Everything from Massage, Chiropractic, Physical therapy, and Sports Medicine we want to make sure you are taken care of.
Staff: All of our staff members are qualified through accredited organizations. It is fundamental to us that we offer trained and knowledgeable Professionals that can guide you through the correct use of exercise equipment, and training technique while motivating you.
